Unicorn First Birthday Tutu

This tutu is handmade with lots of tulle and ribbon. I used 1/2" inches non-roll elastic waist bands to prevent twisting and top off with a bow.The onesie and the shirts are made with gold glitter vinyl and professional heat press machine.
