Q1: How can I add the name and age for the shirt?
* You can add the name and number on to the shirt using the text box in the listing or in the "Additional Instructions the the seller" box with no additional cost
Q2: I need my order before the time you request, what should I do?
*Contact us first so we can check if your item is in stock and if it can be shipped out soon. After our approval, you can add the rush order fee to be shipped out earlier. However, the rush order service is not Express Mail.
Q3: When are you going to ship my order or when will I receive my order?
* Your order is will be shipped at the turnaround time. (With an exception for rush orders and supply shortages)
Q4: Are your SHIRT AND TUTU sizes true to size?
*They're true to size, you can check our Size Chart tab for more information.
Q5: Does converse run in half numbers?
*Converse doesn't run in half numbers, but Converse sneakers run a half a size large. (F.ex. size 10 in Converse = size 10.5 in other shoe brands) Check out the Size Chart tab for more information.
Q6: Will I receive my things exactly like shown in the picture?
*Colors may vary due to computer monitors, however we try to make the pictures as accurate as possible.
Q7:Can you send me a picture of my Custom Request order before its shipped?
*Of course, If it's a New Design. Just send us a message and we will happily get back to you.
Q8: The design on the shirt can crack or it may damage after washing?
A8: Under some circumstances, the design can crack or fade due to wear or/and harsh soaps.We have done the wash test after the wash test and we had good results. We recommend NOT to use bleach.
In case that a material is out of stock, we will contact you and show alternatives or provide a refund
